What We Did

We corrected the inside curve grade during base prep, installed full-depth new asphalt throughout, and sealed after cure. Appraisal-ready within the homeowner’s timeline.

The Outcome
Appraisal completed. The appraiser noted the new driveway as a property improvement. The homeowner refinanced successfully and specifically mentioned the driveway as contributing to the appraisal outcome. The drainage correction at the curve means the new driveway won’t repeat the original failure.
