The Problem

What We Did
First call was to New Milford’s public works office — we confirmed the curb replacement specifications required to pass a borough inspection before we touched anything. The concrete curbing was removed and replaced to spec, properly formed and finished. Then the driveway came out and full-depth asphalt went in, with the new asphalt apron tied to the fresh concrete at the street. The whole project was done in two days.

The Outcome
The borough sweep came through. No notice issued. The homeowner said having documentation of the completed work — which we provided — gave them something to point to if anything came up later. Nothing did.
