Our asphalt paver is equipped with an electronic depth control; which ensures you with an even and level surface. All of our rollers are equipped with vibratory compaction and all of our grading is set with transit to ensure proper drainage.

Richard George, owner & operator of R&D Paving is an experienced asphalt and pavement contractor that serves northern NJ. Richard grew up in the family business with his dad and grandfather, working in the same industry, at 5 years of age. Yes, Richard has been working in the family business almost since he could walk!
He signed up his first sealcoating job with his dad, just riding along in the truck. Ever since then Richard took interest in the business and has never looked back. He has worked every type of job in the business and has become familiar with every aspect of the business.
